The international variety best adapted (like us!) to our terroir, shows us its best personality, aged slightly earlier than usual in the area, thus maintaining finesse and grace. Aged in French barrels with a small percentage of new wines (15%) for 12 months. A complex wine, with charm and a long life in the bottle.
