Craft your own wine, from vine to bottle
At Dominio de las Ánimas we offer a truly singular experience: shaping your own wine through an artisanal and flexible process, guided by our technical team.
You may choose to blend different varieties from the latest vintage or become involved from the vineyard itself, creating a unique wine alongside us. This experience is designed for those who see wine as more than a product: groups of friends, families, or couples wishing to celebrate a special moment — such as a wedding — with a wine born from their own story.
The experience begins with a single barrel (225 L, approximately 280 to 300 bottles), which can be developed individually or shared. You decide how involved you wish to be: from harvest to barrel selection or final blending. At every stage, our team will guide you, ensuring the process is approached with both precision and ease.
You will also be able to personalise every detail: selecting bottle formats — 750 ml, magnum, or even 3-litre formats for special occasions — and designing a label that reflects your identity.
The wine will be exclusively yours. It will not be commercialised.
An invitation to discover wine from within, with no prior experience required — only curiosity, sensitivity, and the desire to create.
